islands of thailand
Embrace yourself for a Tropical Island Buffet out there! It’s a “hop, sun bath, relax, and party all you can” love affair!
Thailand has so many islands, of which some are so heavenly; we get tourists who don’t even want to leave.
Swaying through the idyllic islands of Phi Phi, Koh Lanta, Koh Tao and the “over commercialized” island of Phuket in the Andaman Sea, chances are that you will come across a piece of paradise that you would cherish forever. Plunge  into a colorful world surrounded by thousands of coral fish or take the ultimate challenge and rock climb up the intimidating limestone peaks from a long tail boat, rest assure these islands has something for everyone.
The beaches here are cleaner and the water is emerald crystal clear compared to some of the islands in the Gulf of Thailand. The protruding limestone formations dotting the islands make the landscape a natural work of art, much to be appreciated.

Trotting across the inland, to the eastern side of the peninsular, we arrive at the gates of Koh Phangan and Koh Samui where the legendary Full Moon parties are regularly held.  There are some beautiful beaches on both islands but finding one as “jaw dropping” as the ones in the Andaman Sea might be hard.

Amongst all the clutter and bustling tourist activity of Chaweng, Haad Rin or Lamai, there is still a shimmer of serenity and seclusion   for the adventurous. Grab a map and explore the beaches hiding below the radar, and you will be rewarded with some peace and quiet to accompany that good book you’ve been wanting to finish.
